RICKY BOLTON
Ricky founded Baron Consulting to satisfy a perceived unmet need in the government, not-for-profit and business sectors for an integrated approach to the delivery of consulting services.
With professional careers in the military, health, government, law and consulting spanning over 30 years, Ricky brings a wealth of complementary skills and experience to his clients.
MEGAN CAHILL
Megan is a seasoned health service executive with a wealth of experience in both the Australian and United Kingdom health systems, serving as CEO of the ACT Primary Health Network (PHN), the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria, and General Practice Education and Training.
Her responsibilities in these leadership roles included workforce planning, education and distribution; commissioning; regulatory compliance and quality improvement.

Megan brings stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills to a range of clients including health departments, PHNs, not-for-profit organisations and health professional agencies.
